Together we help connect local and national press with storytellers, amplify the voices of those affected, hold lawmakers accountable, and demand federal protections for reproductive freedom.

Free & Just is in this fight so that all Americans can make medical decisions free from government interference, access lifesaving care, and receive support to grow their families. Together we are raising our voices, sharing our stories, and fighting for our freedom.
Why?
The Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade in 2022, eliminating the federal right to legal abortion. Since then, at least 22 million people have lost access to abortion care as conservative extremists work to take away our freedoms and control what we can do with our bodies and our futures.
To be clear, attacks on our freedom didn’t stop at overturning Roe, they only intensified: Doctors and health care providers have been criminalized and, in some states, face prison time for performing potentially life-saving abortions. People across the country have lost fundamental freedoms and some face life-threatening consequences. And extremists' anti-abortion playbook has expanded to include attacks on access to IVF treatment, restrictions on access to medication abortion, and more. This is hurting all of us, no matter who we are or where we live.
It’s time to speak out. Our freedom won’t be handed back to us - we have to raise our voices and tell our stories.
